ninetten yr olds diet blog!!!:)

so i am now on week three of my diet woohoo!
my cravings are decreasing evryday:)
but i am getting ahead of my self first things first;
why am i on a diet?
keep getting asked this (im not complaing the fact people are questioning why im bothering to diet is a complaint lol)anyways i am on a diet because well the scales say a different story to the apearnece i am apprently give lol the fact is i am overweight for my height and age ,so the soultion to this problem is to go on a diet.yay!.
so the diet i am on is weight wacthers new point system one,its realy good every food is a certain number of points, depending on what it is,unhealtheir the food higher point number eg choclate cake=10 points etc
anywho you a max of 29 points a day fruit ad veg tea ad coffe are free
for me so far its realy working ive lost 8 pouns in two weeks ad the only major changes ive made is no snacks,only diet soda,sallas so much friuit ad just sticking to three meals a day within my points:)
so im exactly realy enojing this diet,dont get me wrong craverings are bad and in first few weeks u realy miss junk but im motivated and realy want to reach my goal weight and i think this time round i can:)
now im going to wacth a flim a take my mind of wanting to eat sweets haha
