wednesday

so right now im eating apples and nutella so yummy haha
im on a break b4 i go full steam ahead on finishing my eassy wooo!lol
so today i had a seminer which was welll blahhlol had no real structure and i felt i didnt realy gain anything from it lol
then i had meeting with my dyslexic tutor
now im wacthing friends chilling lol and will hopefully b able to go home tommor woohoo need my 3 weeks of so bad!!!!

sunny tuesday

today was an intresting day:)
first i had a lay in cause history was canceld this am woooo!
then in the aftenoon had alecture on how not to write an essay and feedback it was as u can imgine thrilling lol shout out to my good friend anya:)! lol
then i had my last amercian history class which was good and rather funny:) its a realy good thing its over an there are no exams in it because well i got 2/87 haha on a quiz lol
right now im wacthing freinds:)! one of my fave shows ever lol
cant wait till easter break haha

goals!!

1= loose weight
2=to keep growing my hair and continue to resist the temptation to cut it short lol
3=do wel in my studies,well continue to do well haha
4=relax more focus on the things that are iimportant in my life not the trival stuff that does not matter:)
5=blog more!!
6=go on fbk less haha
7=do somthing spontanious everyday!well try haha
8=contiune to b me:)!!

so i am now on week three of my diet woohoo!
my cravings are decreasing evryday:)
but i am getting ahead of my self first things first;
why am i on a diet?
keep getting asked this (im not complaing the fact people are questioning why im bothering to diet is a complaint lol)anyways i am on a diet because well the scales say a different story to the apearnece i am apprently give lol the fact is i am overweight for my height and age ,so the soultion to this problem is to go on a diet.yay!.
so the diet i am on is weight wacthers new point system one,its realy good every food is a certain number of points, depending on what it is,unhealtheir the food higher point number eg choclate cake=10 points etc
anywho you a max of 29 points a day fruit ad veg tea ad coffe are free
for me so far its realy working ive lost 8 pouns in two weeks ad the only major changes ive made is no snacks,only diet soda,sallas so much friuit ad just sticking to three meals a day within my points:)
so im exactly realy enojing this diet,dont get me wrong craverings are bad and in first few weeks u realy miss junk but im motivated and realy want to reach my goal weight and i think this time round i can:)
now im going to wacth a flim a take my mind of wanting to eat sweets haha
